Terms of Use (Registration)

Please read the following carefully and sign-up only if you agree. By signing up to this event, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your sign-up. These terms are effective from September 25, 2025.

1. Who can sign-up

  • Those who agree to these terms.
  • Persons who are associated with anti-social forces cannot sign up (e.g., organized crime groups, companies affiliated with such groups, political racketeers, etc.).

2. Due date to sign-up

Until 23:59 on October 5, 2025.

3. How to sign-up

After completing the sign-up form, the organizer will send a notification email to the registered email address. Please ensure your email settings allow receipt of our messages (e.g., by email filtering, etc.).

4. Handling of Personal Information

  • Personal information provided during application will be managed responsibly by the organizer and used only for inquiries from customers and communication related to this event.
  • The organizer may outsource tasks involving personal information to third parties within the scope mentioned above. In such cases, we will ensure proper management based on contractual agreements.
  • Personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without consent, except when required by law.
  • The organizer will respond to requests from the individual for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. of their personal information in accordance with our prescribed procedures.

5. Important Notes

  • Due to unavoidable circumstances, the event schedule or content may change or be canceled without prior notice.
  • By completing the sign-up, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms herein. Matters not stated in these terms will be decided solely by the organizer. If you do not agree, you may withdraw your sign-up. Any costs incurred due to withdrawal are your responsibility.
  • Please bring a photo ID such as a driver’s license.
  • If the name on the ID does not match the applicant’s name, entry will be rejected.

  • If the organizer determines that the smooth operation, safety, or fairness of this event has been compromised due to reasons beyond its control, such as network failures, computer viruses, or unauthorized access to servers, the organizer reserves the right to terminate or change the rules of the event without prior notice.
  • Even if participants suffer any damages in connection with their participation in this event, the organizer shall not be liable for any such damages.
  • If the organizer determines that the participant has violated these terms and conditions, the entry of the participant will be rejected. Please note that the organizer is not required to explain the reason for the rejection and notification of disqualification will not be provided.
  • If it is discovered after selection that the participant is disqualified, our Company may cancel the registration.

  • You can sign-up using a PC or smartphone. Feature phones are not recommended. Please note that, depending on your computer environment or certain smartphones, you may not be able to complete the sign-up.
  • Internet connection and communication fees related to the sign-up are the responsibility of the persons who sign-up.
